FAQ

Do you accept commissioned projects?

Yes! Just head on over to my Commissions page and click the Commission button to the right of the header.

Will there be a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 25% of the commission is required to avoid any time lost for me incase of cancellations.

How long does a commission usually take?

For general commissions it tends to depend on what sort of thing you are looking for and how detailed you are wanting it. Most work takes ten to fourteen business days, after the draft is approved, depending on the complexity of the design. However, more detailed commissions can take three to four weeks.

Most single‑character pieces are completed within ten to fourteen business days after the draft is approved. Larger, complex works (multiple characters, detailed backgrounds) can take three to four weeks.

I’ll give you an estimated completion date via email.

What if you have a backlog of commissions?

Your order will be placed in the queue based on the date I receive your email with your brief and the estimated workload. I always aim to meet the timeframe, but I’ll let you know immediately if anything changes.

Can I rush my commission?

Yes, rushed slots are available for an additional 20 % fee (subject to availability). Mention “RUSH request” in your first email and I’ll let you know if I can fit you in.

When do I pay?

After the final draft is approved, I’ll send an invoice. Payment is due within 5 business days before the final file or physical artwork is sent.

What payment methods do you accept?

- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer

Who owns the artwork after I pay?

You receive full ownership of the final image (digital or printed). I, however, retain the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, and promotional material. You can also request the copyright (extra £20 - £50 fee depending on size and use) for commercial use.

Can I share the artwork online?

Yes! Feel free to post on social media, personal websites, or use as a profile picture. Tagging my account is appreciated but not required.

Can I sell prints or merchandise featuring the artwork?

Only with a the copyright (extra £20 - £100 fee depending on size and use). Otherwise, the artwork is for personal, non‑commercial use only.
